These terms apply when you use Fabee, the iPhone app, and this website. Fabee is made by Nicolas Demanez, trading as NICODMZ Company in Belgium (“we”). By using Fabee, you agree to them.
What Fabee is
Fabee helps you log what you eat by chatting. It estimates calories, protein, carbs and fat from what you tell it.
Not medical advice
Fabee’s numbers are estimates, and its replies come from an AI model. They can be wrong. Fabee is not a medical device and doesn’t give medical advice. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, have or had an eating disorder, or plan a big change to how you eat, talk to a doctor or a registered dietitian first.
Your account
Fabee creates an anonymous account for you on first launch. You’re responsible for what you send through the app. Don’t use Fabee to break the law, to send content that isn’t yours to send, or to overload or misuse our server.
Subscriptions
Fabee costs $15 a month or $150 a year, with a free trial for new subscribers. Prices may differ by country, and the App Store shows the price in your currency before you pay. Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds go through Apple and follow Apple’s terms. A subscription renews until you cancel it in your Apple ID settings. If you stop subscribing, you keep everything you logged; only the chat is locked.
Beta versions
Test versions through TestFlight may have bugs, lose data or change without notice. Please send feedback when something goes wrong.
Your data
The privacy policy explains what we collect and how to delete it. Your food log belongs to you.
Changes and availability
We may change or stop parts of Fabee. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll update this page and the date at the top, and tell you in the app.
Liability
Fabee is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect losses, or for decisions you make based on Fabee’s estimates. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
